* all indicated prices are per day and for a minimum stay of 3 days during low season and 7 days during high season

* low season: 08.01.2024 - 03.02.2024, 16.03.2024 - 29.06.2024 and from 31.08.2024 until 31.10.2024

* high season: 24.12.2023 - 08.01.2024, 03.02.2024 - 16.03.2024, 29.06.2024 - 31.08.2024 and from 24.12.2024 until 07.01.2025

* during Christmas holidays (24.12.2023 - 08.01.2024) and ferragosto holidays (03.08.2024 - 24.08.2024) we rent our apartments only for the price of 6 people (apartment  Dolomites Suite) and/or 4 people (other apartments)

* final cleaning fee: Euro 50,00  -  70,00 per apartment (depends from type of apartment)

* local tax of Euro 2,40 per person (above 14 years) and night is applicable after 01.01.2024

* please note that reservations can only be confirmed if we get a deposit of Euro 300,00 per apartment.
