* all indicated prices are per day and for a minimum stay of 3 days during low season and 7 days during high season

* low season: 08.01.2025 - 01.02.2025, 22.03.2025 - 28.06.2025 and from 30.08.2025 until 31.10.2024

* high season: 24.12.2025 - 08.01.2025, 01.02.2025 - 22.03.2025, 28.06.2025 - 30.08.2025 and from 24.12.2025 until 07.01.2026

* during Christmas holidays (24.12.2025 - 07.01.2026) and ferragosto holidays (02.08.2025 - 23.08.2025) we rent our apartments only for the price of 6 people (apartment  Dolomites Suite) and/or 4 people (other apartments)

* final cleaning fee: Euro 50,00  -  70,00 per apartment (depends from type of apartment)

* local tax of Euro 2,40 per person (above 14 years) and night is applicable after 01.01.2024

* please note that reservations can only be confirmed if we get a deposit of Euro 300,00 per apartment.
